v1.3.61 (Mar 19, 2026) A complete project workspace: tasks, milestones, Gantt and more

Each project now has its own full workspace, with everything you need organized into tabs.

Tasks:

- Add tasks with an assignee, priority, start and due dates, estimated time and milestone

- Update a task's status right from the list

- Filter by status, priority and assignee, or search

- Every task gets an automatic code (like SMM-1) so it's easy to reference

Task Board:

- A Kanban board with To Do, Doing, Done, Completed and Revision columns

- Each card shows the task, assignee and due date, with search across all columns

Gantt Chart:

- See your milestones and tasks on a timeline, with a red marker showing today

Milestones:

- Create milestones with a cost and due date, and mark them complete as you go

Timesheet:

- Log time against the project and its tasks

- Hours and earnings are calculated automatically from the start time, end time and hourly rate

- Filter by employee and status

Invoices, Estimates and Orders:

- Create invoices from within a project, with status updating automatically as it's paid (unpaid, partially paid or paid)

- See all estimates linked to the project and create new ones with the project already filled in

- Add orders to a project, each with its own order number

The project page also has a new header showing the project name, a status dropdown and quick actions.
