- Proposals and estimates can now be downloaded as properly designed PDFs, with a colored header, client details, a clear item table and a highlighted total

Choose your document design:

- New Proposal Design and Estimate Design tabs in Finance Settings, each with 5 designs to choose from and a live preview

- Proposal designs: Aurora, Editorial, Slate Sidebar, Blueprint and Mono Minimal

- Estimate designs: Quote Hero, Ribbon, Ledger Grid, Panel and Compact

- The design you choose is the one your client downloads

Better invoice PDFs:

- All 5 invoice templates (Classic, Modern, Service, Corporate and Minimal) have been refined with a clearer layout and a standout Total Due

- A new "How to pay" section shows your bank or UPI details and a link to pay online

- A clear status shows "Paid in full" or the balance due, including how many days overdue it is

- Empty tax columns and zero-value rows are hidden to keep things clean
