v1.3.81 & v1.3.82 (May 13, 2026) Edit invoices, send payment reminders and duplicate in one click

Invoices are now fully editable, and chasing payments takes seconds.

Payment reminders:

- Send a payment reminder from any invoice's action menu

- Edit the subject and message before sending, using handy placeholders like client name, invoice number, due date, amount due and payment link

- Attach the invoice PDF and include a fresh payment link valid for 48 hours

- ClientCee keeps track of when the last reminder went out and how many you've sent

- Reminders are only offered for invoices that still have a balance due and a client email on file

Edit and duplicate invoices:

- Edit any invoice from the invoices list or the invoice page, with all its details already filled in

- Bank details, payment details and shipping address are kept when you edit

- Duplicate an invoice to create a new draft with a fresh invoice number and all the original details copied over

- Add or edit a shipping address straight from the invoice's action menu

Clearer statuses:

- Draft invoices are now labeled "Draft" and "Not Sent" instead of "Unpaid"

Polished invoice view and PDFs:

- The invoice page has clearer summary cards and action buttons

- Invoice PDFs have improved spacing, a better aligned header with your company branding, and a clean layout for totals, notes, terms and the authorized signature

- Expired payment links now show your company branding
