v1.16.0 & v1.16.1 (Jul 16, 2026) Connect your own Google Calendar with two-way sync

Your ClientCee events and Google Calendar now live side by side.

Your own Google Calendar:

- Every team member can now connect their own Google Calendar, and only they can see their events

- See which Google account is connected, switch to a different one, or disconnect anytime

One calendar for everything:

- My Calendar now shows your ClientCee events and Google events together, color-coded, with toggles to show or hide each

- Drag or resize a Google event to reschedule it, and the change syncs back to Google

- Click any event to see its details, including time, location, client and description, with buttons to join the Google Meet, open it in Google, edit or delete

Create events faster:

- Drag across the calendar or click New Event to create one

- Choose whether to save it in ClientCee (synced to Google automatically) or directly to Google only

- Add a Google Meet link in one click

Automatic sync:

- Events you create, update or delete in ClientCee are copied to your Google Calendar automatically

- If Google is ever unavailable, your event still saves in ClientCee without any errors

Calendar Settings:

- A new Calendar page in Settings

- Choose which of your Google calendars to use

- Turn automatic syncing on or off

- Pick which day your week starts on

- Add Google Meet to new events by default

Fixes:

- Event descriptions now appear correctly in Google Calendar

- Clicking an event now always opens its details
