v1.12.0 & v1.13.0 (Jul 13, 2026) The HR workspace, custom workspace themes and a more reliable Social Scheduler
A full HR workspace, new ways to make ClientCee look like your brand, and a major reliability upgrade for social posting.
HR workspace:
- One place to manage your people: employee profiles, departments, designations, leave, holidays, attendance, timesheets, onboarding plans, employee documents and key employee milestones
- Set up leave types, review leave requests and track each employee's leave balance
- A new HR overview with key numbers, today's attendance, timesheets to review, pending leave, a department snapshot, onboarding progress, recent joiners and upcoming holidays
- New workspaces get a setup checklist to guide you through getting HR ready
- Every HR record stays private to your own workspace
Workspace themes:
- Choose a theme for your workspace and set your own brand color
- Pick your font, corner roundness, spacing density, sidebar and card style, and content width
- Your theme applies to your whole team and only affects your own workspace
Social Scheduler:
- Posts can no longer be published twice, even if you click Publish more than once
- If publishing fails because of a temporary problem, ClientCee now retries automatically
- Disconnecting and reconnecting an account no longer removes your scheduled posts
- Get notified in the app and by email when a post fails, and see the reason right on the Posts list
- Save drafts with just a title and caption, before choosing a channel
- Edit, duplicate and delete posts. Drafts, scheduled and failed posts can be edited, while published posts stay as they are
- Approvers can now send a post back to its creator with feedback, instead of only approving it
- When a post needs approval, the button now says "Submit for Approval & Publish" so you know what will happen
- Clearer messages when something needs your attention, like reconnecting an account
- Click Schedule on any day in the calendar to start a post with that date already filled in
Instagram Auto-DM:
- Nobody is ever sent the same message twice, even if Instagram sends a comment to ClientCee more than once
- A new Activity page shows every comment and reply your automations acted on or skipped, with a plain-language outcome
- The automation builder is now three simple steps
- Pick a specific post from a grid of your recent post thumbnails
- More ways of saying no are recognized as opt-outs, like "please stop" or "unsubscribe me now", while messages like "cancel my order" are not mistaken for one
