v1.26.0 (Jul 21, 2026) Get paid online: accept invoice payments through six payment gateways

Your clients can now pay invoices online, and ClientCee records the payment for you.

Connect your payment gateways:

- Connect Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Mollie, Paystack or Flutterwave from Finance Settings

- Use test mode to try things out, then switch to live when you're ready

- Choose which currencies each gateway accepts, and test your connection before going live

- Turn on only the gateways you want your clients to see

How your clients pay:

- Your client opens the invoice payment link and picks any available gateway that supports the invoice's currency

- They pay the exact outstanding balance on the gateway's secure checkout page

- Once done, they're brought back to the invoice with a payment confirmation

- Works on your regular ClientCee link, so you don't need a custom domain

Payments recorded automatically:

- Each payment is verified with the gateway before it's recorded, checking the amount and currency match

- The payment appears in your Payments list with the gateway's reference, fees and the net amount you receive

- The invoice updates to Paid or Partially Paid automatically

- A payment is never recorded twice, and if a gateway's confirmation is ever delayed, ClientCee checks again and catches up on its own

Private and secure:

- Your gateway connections and credentials are encrypted and only ever used for your own workspace
