v1.3.62 to v1.3.66 (Mar 21, 2026) Project collaboration, a new invoice form, Events and Clock In
One of our biggest updates yet, rounding out the project workspace and adding several new tools.
New project tabs:
- Expenses: log project expenses with the item, price, employee, supplier and date, then approve or reject them
- Payments: record payments against project invoices, with the amount, date, payment method and status
- Discussion: start conversations about the project and organize them into your own categories
- Notes: keep project notes labeled as General, Meeting, Call, Email or Other
- Tickets: raise support tickets for a project with a type, priority and message, then filter and track them
- Rating: rate a project from 1 to 5 stars and leave a comment
- Burndown Chart: compare actual progress against the ideal pace for any date range, with a quick summary of total, completed and remaining tasks
- Activity: a timeline of everything that's happened on the project, from new tasks and milestones to payments, notes and ratings
Easier project navigation:
- All project tabs now sit in one row that you can drag to scroll through
A redesigned invoice form:
- Set the invoice number, dates, currency and exchange rate in one place
- Pick a client (or add a new one on the spot) and their billing address fills in automatically
- Add a separate shipping address, bank account and payment details when you need them
- Each item can have its own description and attached file
- Apply a discount as a percentage or a fixed amount
- Add notes, terms and attachments, and mark the invoice as paid if you've already received payment
- Save it, save and send it, mark it as sent, or keep it as a draft
Events:
- A new Events section to create and view your events, available from the sidebar
Clock In and Clock Out:
- Clock in and out from the top bar with one click, and see when your shift started
Sign in with Facebook:
- You can now log in or sign up using your Facebook account
Refreshed pages:
- Clients, Leads, Projects, Invoices and Create Order pages have an updated, more compact layout
- The pricing and checkout pages received visual improvements
