v1.3.30 (Jan 18, 2026) Proposal fixes: saving, deal stages and deleting

This update fixes several issues that were getting in the way of creating and managing proposals.

What's fixed:

- Proposals now save reliably. We resolved an error that could stop some proposals from being saved

- The Deal Stages dropdown now shows the correct stages for the pipeline you pick

- The deal stage you choose is now saved with the proposal

- The Delete option on the Proposals list works again, and now asks you to confirm before anything is removed
