v1.40.2 to v1.40.4 (Sep 5, 2026) A rebuilt HR workspace and one calendar picker everywhere

HR is now more accurate and easier to use, and every date field in ClientCee shares the same calendar.

A rebuilt HR workspace:

- Every HR page (employees, leave, attendance, timesheets, onboarding, holidays and organization) now shares one consistent layout, with clear actions, review queues and helpful empty states

- Adding or editing an employee is grouped into clear sections: identity, role, employment dates, costing, emergency contacts, documents and extra details, with less important fields tucked away until you need them

- Add a new department or role on the spot without leaving the employee form

More accurate attendance and time tracking:

- Overnight shifts now count toward the right day, and shifts that cross into a new month are split correctly

- All HR dates, calendars, leave balances and summaries now follow your company's timezone

- Task timers log time against the right workday, and can't be started on closed or archived projects

- If a task's timer can no longer be logged (for example, the task was reassigned), you can still cancel it cleanly

- Tasks with a running timer can't be moved to another project until the timer is stopped

Leave and timesheets:

- New workspaces get a clear setup screen for leave, instead of settings being created automatically

- Rejecting or cancelling a leave request now requires a short reason

- Filters and your place in the review queue are kept after each decision

- Timesheet entries can't be logged against closed projects or finished tasks, while past entries stay visible

Onboarding, holidays and organization:

- An employee can't accidentally be given two active onboarding plans

- Dashboards only show onboarding plans that are still active

- Holidays from any year are kept and shown, with correct countdowns in your timezone

- Your department hierarchy is protected from loops, and archived departments keep their history

One calendar picker everywhere:

- Every date and date-time field across ClientCee now uses the same calendar, with a month dropdown, an editable year, weeks starting on Monday, and large, easy-to-tap dates

- Calendars inside popups now open in the right place and are never cut off

- Times follow your 12 or 24 hour preference

- Public forms keep your visitor's phone date picker for the easiest experience on mobile

Filters that behave:

- Estimate and proposal date range filters no longer highlight dates before you've chosen any, and the Apply button waits until you've picked both dates

- Picking an end date before the start date now sorts them automatically

- Changing how many proposals are shown per page keeps your lead filter

Server Manager:

- Renewal forms now use searchable dropdowns for clients, providers and staff, and the same calendar as the rest of ClientCee

- If marking a renewal as complete fails, the window reopens with your details kept so you can try again
