v1.3.16 (Dec 23, 2025) Sales pipelines and deal stages

Every business sells a little differently, so you can now build sales pipelines that match how your team actually works.

Pipelines:

- Create as many sales pipelines as you need, each with its own label color

- Set a default pipeline so new leads land in the right place automatically

Deal stages:

- Add, rename and remove the stages inside each pipeline

- Reorder stages by simply dragging and dropping them

- Choose a default stage for new leads

Built-in safeguards:

- Deleting a pipeline asks you to type "delete" to confirm, so nothing gets removed by accident

- Your default pipeline and your last remaining pipeline are protected from deletion

Smarter Add Lead form:

- When you pick a pipeline, the stage dropdown updates to show only that pipeline's stages

- A tidier layout with better spacing and a wider phone field
