v1.3.28 (Jan 15, 2026) Smarter proposal saving and a clearer login page

A small update focused on saving you clicks.

Proposals:

- The Save button on the proposal creation page is now a dropdown with three options: Save, Save & Send, and Save & Mark as Sent

- Send your proposal to the client the moment you finish writing it, or mark it as sent if you've shared it another way

- Opening ClientCee now takes you straight to the login page

- The login fields now show clearer hints like "Enter your email" and "Enter your password"

- We also improved overall stability to keep your workspace running smoothly
