v1.10.4 to v1.10.6 (Jun 2, 2026) Staff roles and permissions, an employee workspace and automatic SSL for custom domains

Managing your team is now much more powerful, and your custom domain is secured automatically.

Staff Settings:

- A new Staff Settings area in your admin settings, with tabs for employees, pending invitations, roles and permissions, and seat usage

- Create roles and choose exactly what each role can see and do

- Add more than one admin to your workspace. Additional admins use a seat on your plan and can manage staff based on their permissions

- The workspace owner's key settings stay protected, whoever else is an admin

- Invitations sent during signup are now secure email invites, and your seat count updates as invites are sent and accepted

A dedicated workspace for employees:

- Employees now get their own focused menu: Dashboard, My Tasks, Attendance, To Do, Support and Profile

- My Tasks shows only the tasks assigned to them, with a detail page and the ability to update their status

- Employees see only their own attendance history and support tickets

- Focus Mode only shows each employee their own tasks

Automatic SSL for custom domains:

- When you connect your own domain, a security certificate is now created and renewed for you automatically, so your domain opens securely over https

- Setup is simpler: add a single DNS record we show you

- The Verify button now shows live progress, from issuing the certificate to active

- Removing a domain cleans everything up automatically
